Same problem here, can’t disable email notifications
I don’t want an email every time a measly little plugin updates 🤦♂️
Will give Companion Auto Update a try
P.S. My hosting is through GoDaddy but I didn’t have to configure any email servers on WordPress for it to send out those messages. Not sure what its sending them from.
That was it.
Was using a difference OS & web browser 😉
