In reply to: [WP Tiles] Plugin conflicting has broke it for good?Found the problem. The theme itself saved a wp-tile.css file in the main themes directory which didn’t have any code in it. I deleted the .css file and not it works again!

In reply to: [WP Tiles] Plugin conflicting has broke it for good?Scratch that the iPad version was just cached and now its broken. Not sure what can fix this as I’m trying high and low. I will say that it could be a isolated issue to the theme I’m using after the wp-smush.it error, I tried it on another theme and it worked fine…
The site has managed to work again, not sure if it was the tinkering. However it left one plugin broken and even if I delete smash.it it doesn’t function the way it did before. The plugin is WP-Tile and it was a main section on my site which doesn’t seem to work anymore. Would there be any lingering code or changes it can make when deleted to maybe change back?

In reply to: [WP Tiles] Plugin conflicting has broke it for good?I also just discovered that it works perfectly fine on my iPad but doesn’t work on any of the 3 computers or browsers I have tested it on. So it looks like a desktop only problem?

I downloaded and activated the wp-smush it plugin and almost immediately had the error issues of uploading. I saw a small performance boost when having it on so I figured to keep it but just deactivate when I want to upload images to post. Well I forgot to do that today and one image quickly error’d and couldn’t be uploaded. What I didn’t realize is that it broke the entire site. Possibly in the .HTTaccess of which I tried to change but nothing. I’m getting a crazy “Internal Server Error” and while sometimes the site goes through, its crawling and partially not working. This is a mess and I tried removing the plugin from the FTP but doesn’t help. I don’t know how to fix this catastrophe.

In reply to: [WP Tiles] Wp-Tiles loading in slowHi Mike, apologies if I may be doing something wrong but the 0.4.2 still didn’t help. In fact now it I think its loading every post I have as a tile without being able to editing so the front page was going really slow. Have to keep the update before 0.4.1 . I’ll wait until theirs a solution.

tried to update but after I did so the settings page simply didn’t work for me when I put the code in the actual theme. It was set to the default number of 10 posts, displayed the type of tile etc. No amount of changing in the settings would do any good. I just went back to the previous install until its sorted.
I’m using the code <?php if ( function_exists ( ‘the_wp_tiles’ ) ) the_wp_tiles(); ?> if that helps at all.

In reply to: [WP Tiles] Wp-Tiles loading in slowI see, I’m not finding the root as I’m enabling and disabling plugins. My website is http://lvlone.com/ . You’ll see the Wp-tile show up a second or two after. Want it to be there on the start. Let me know what it could be and if there is any help.
