Please know that our team is always working on ways to make Woocommerce more compatible with Printful but there are definitely a lot of new plugins that simply aren’t tested due to lack of time and how frequently the plugins are created and updated.
    Woocommerce is not an easy platform as it requires the user to have some knowledge in programming but our team continues to provide updates and support as much as possible. Thank you for understanding!

    Please know that each case gets forwarded to our developer team but there are limitations to what we can do and suggest since Woocommerce is highly customizable and no two stores will be the same. There are also a lot of different plugins that don’t work with our plugin and that causes some issues. Again, our sincerest apologies for the frustration caused.

    This error usually means that something on your server’s side is creating connection issues. It can either be an unsupported plugin, server issues or a variety of other problems.

    While we understand your situation and desire to get the problem resolved as soon as possible, Woocommerce is a complex integration with a lot of customization and that means that each store requires an individual approach which our support can’t provide at this time.

    In most cases, the issue stems from hosting problems or plugin compatibility because Printful can’t be tested with all the plugins available in WordPress. However, we fully understand that this can be improved upon and these details will be forwarded to our team. We sincerely appreciate your patience!

    500 sync error indeed is a server error, and our developer team has looked into it and confirms that this error happening on the hosting platform outside of Printful.
    We’re sorry to hear that hosting is unable to assist you with this. Woocommerce is a highly customizable integration, perhaps you had some major changes in your account that affected the whole sync process. We recommend that you disable all non-Printful plugins, revert any big changes made and try to Refresh data again.

While we do our best to streamline the process and ensure the best possible service when it comes to integrations, it is not just Printful setup, it is also the technical restrictions and limitations of the eCommerce platform and how the connection works with us.
    There are some platforms that are faster to set up, some like Woocommerce have more customization options that have trouble translating well within Printful’s features. We continue growing and with the help of our users and your feedback, we are able to make the necessary changes to make store management easier and more efficient.

    Indeed, despite Woocommerce being free in the sense that there are no subscriptions, it is a more complicated platform, and due to many customization options, more skills and knowledge is required to properly set up a Woocommerce store.
    To confirm, the order flow should be automatic and there should be no issues with fulfillment. If the store is active, products are all set, there are no errors, the order imports to Printful and we fulfill the order as regular.

    Woocommerce is not the easiest platform to set up as it requires some developer skills, however, once everything is set, it should be running smoothly.
    Our developer team has gone through all errors that show up and in most cases confirmed that on our side help is limited. Woocommerce offers many customization options which cause these errors. On Printful the flow is easy – click ‘Add product’ and we push the product to the storefront, however, if there are settings that don’t match, conflicting plugins, or issues with Cloudfare, the server stops the push and shows an error.
    Each such case is unique, so we encourage users to check in with Woocommerce support and your hosting to double-check what could be causing the issue. Sometimes it is as easy as copying the API again or comparing the store links.
