I just tried to save a new form: this works! cloning and saving a new form works also, there’s just a problem with older forms and it seems the same error occurs when i use multiple choice in a searchable list.

Update: the problem comes from the sent email notification …

thank you for the quick reply.

I turned debug to true in Wp but the error log is empty … maybe the php cannot write to the file because it’s somewhere before in the loop?

I do have the same problem (multisite installation). But changing this line in smartforms.php doesn’t change anything. But else could cause the problem?
