    Hi jgalanc,

Thank you for notifying us of this issue.

In your description of the issue, it sounds like you might be referring to check boxes, is that correct? The reason I ask is because the original plugin does not use check boxes, so if there are check boxes present, the plugin might have been modified by someone else.

If there is another issue besides check boxes, I can certainly help you troubleshoot and resolve. I might need a screen capture of the issue to understand exactly what is happening. You may take a screen capture (e.g. with https://snipboard.io/) and post a link to the image in your next response.

    Hi Ady,

Sure, I can help you troubleshoot this issue. First let’s double check the URL structure. Can you try using &utm_source instead of ?utm_source. The first parameter in the URL is the coupon name (in this case), so it will be the only parameter using the question mark. If that doesn’t resolve your issue, just respond to this thread. Thank you!

Hi Alberto, was this taken using AutoCoupons version 1.0.21? Also, have you tried reversing the earlier edits to review-order-opc.php to see if the plugin works on it’s own? I would be happy to test this in more depth for you, but One Page Checkout is not a free plugin.

    Hi Alberto,

Thank you, I appreciate the details. So that I can fix this in future versions, can you tell me if there is an issue if the hooks that you added for woocommerce_review_order_after_cart_contents is called in addition to the existing hooks? I am wondering whether the new hook needs a conditional statement specifically if the one page checkout plugin is installed.

    Hi Alberto,

Thank you for reporting this issue, I found that One Page Checkout requires an onchange event to bubble to record the quantity change. Version 1.0.19 addresses the issue where the page does not refresh when using the WC plugin One Page Checkout. Please upgrade to 1.0.19, clear your cache, and let me know if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

Hi dmorton, ok. At this point, I recommend deactivating ‘Use WPML’s Translation Editor’ on the coupon setup, and create a separate coupon specific to each language in use. The coupon code itself cannot be translated on the fly. Auto Coupons must be able to identify the coupon based on the coupon name when the coupon is originally set up. It is unable to use a coupon code that has been translated on the fly.

    Hi dmorton,

Are you using a plugin for language? Could it be possible that the coupon code is being translated? For the coupon to apply, it will look for the exact coupon code as typed on coupon setup.

If this issue persists, I might suggest setting up a coupon code for use with the specific language in translation, and a separate coupon for use without translation.

    Hi DMorton,

Can you try this url …/cart/?troubleshoot and let me know what the result is at the top of the page?

Hello. You are correct, this plugin does not add quantity buttons to the shop page. By default, WC does not show quantities on the shop page. This plugin will add quantity buttons to the default locations that WC places a quantity selector: the product page and the cart.

I will add your concern to the list of feature requests and will let you know if this reaches a stable version soon. Thank you!

    Hi elliem,

Thank you for using Dynamic Time. Supervisors will receive an email when an employee assigned to them submits a time period. The supervisor will be able to see the employee’s time by clicking the link in the email, even if they are not a site admin.

I hope this answers your question, if not please feel free to reply. Thank you!

I might suggest (if you haven’t already) to test auto-apply for each product independently in a private/incognito tab. This will ensure that elements aren’t cached.

Also, when you are logged in as an admin and viewing the cart, you may append ?troubleshoot to the URL to view why a coupon was not auto-applied. Please let me know if any of these suggestions work.

    Hi dmorton,

Thank you for reporting this issue. WooCommerce is tightly interwoven with this plugin, so sometimes it is hard to determine if the problem lies within WooCommerce or Auto Coupons.

Does the coupon work for both languages if it is manually typed into the Coupon Code box on checkout? Does the product that is translated share the same product ID (post ID) of the original product, or are there actually two different products? Does appending cart/?troubleshoot to the cart page provide any useful messages?

    Hi Antoine,

Thank you for using Auto Coupons! I’ve looked into this issue and the email address restriction is a native WooCommerce coupon feature. Auto Coupons doesn’t verify email address restrictions when a coupon is applied. Auto Coupons defers to WooCommerce to enforce this restriction on the /checkout page when the ‘Place Order’ button is pressed. On the very last step of checkout, WooCommerce will cross check the coupon with email restrictions, this ensures an email address has been entered by the customer and is present to verify.

I hope this addresses your concern, if not please reply to reopen this issue and we will investigate further. Thank you!

We have researched in more depth, and as of the current version 1.2.8, we have not yet been able to identify an error that occurs upon installation. Reference the report at plugintest.com: https://plugintests.com/plugins/woo-auto-coupons.

If you are able to provide us with an error, I will be happy to reopen this ticket and help resolve it for you. Thank you!
