My orders that are from 9/2024 and older all have correct shipping dates. All orders after 9/2024 show today’s date as the shipping date.
In the dashboard, if I go to Woocommerce > Shipment Tracking, under the Settings tab there is a section called “Shipment Tracking API”. Under that section there is a setting called “API Date Format” and only gives two options to choose from: DD-MM-YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY. I see no way to enter the desired date format you said is needed for things to work correctly.
I’m a beginner at this so I apologize. I only use Woo Shipping and AST. They’ve been working fine together for as long as I can remember. I pay for the postage in Woo Shipping and the tracking information is automatically added to the order details. Only recently has this incorrect date issue began. Where would I look to find/change the date’s format? Thank you.
Thank you for the response. I suppose the REST API. I process an order and the tracking information is automatically added to the order page after the label is purchased.
The review notification wasn’t an issue with another plugin. The url for the button closing the window was wrong.
I fixed it by deleting one of the “/shop/” in the resulting 404 page that pops up when trying to X out of the review notification window.
My store is at website.com/shop and that X link tries to go to website.com/shop/shop… Deleting one of the “/shop” in the url and reloading fixed it and the review window is gone.
Still can’t get the add tracking info button to work though 🙁

Side note, can’t turn off the notification sticky on the top of the dashboard that says
“Hey, I noticed you are using the Advanced Shipment Tracking – that’s awesome!
Could you please do me a BIG favor and give it a 5-star rating on WordPress to help us spread the word and boost our motivation?”If I click “nope maybe later” or “already did” or the X in the corner, it takes me to a 404 page on my web site.
*Whoops, sorry for the threadjack, OP. Just realized this isn’t my thread*
Thanks, tried turning off each plugin but no joy. The browser console gave me this but don’t know what any of it means:

[Large code excerpt removed by moderator per our FAQ. Please use Pastebin or a Gist for all large code excerpts, they work better anyway.]If the OP means that the button “Add Tracking Info” does not do anything when it is clicked (the Shipment Tracking extension for adding tracking information to orders does not work), I am having the same issue. I also use the free shipping option throughout my web site. I haven’t added any plugins recently and have only been updating. I noticed my “add Tracking Info” stopped working around August 17th and has not been working since.
