@niels12 check if you have some kind of “CDN” enabled, that was my issue on goddady

thank you for your reply, after talking with Goddady it turns out they have 2 levels of caching (the second one was on the CDN which can be disabled via the wordpress hosting settings.
same issue here, I cleared the page cache but somehow the cache is still loading
