Any idea how to delete the messed up form on the back-end?
Now that I did the little experiment without adding in an end date, the form (after the core admin section) is no longer displayed on my monitor. I am unable to delete the form using the Save & Update form settings at the top of the admin panel. It does not respond to button clicks.

On my form, in the Core Admin section, I had these fields filled:
1) Submission Limits = 200
2) Start Date & Time = 5/6/2015 12:00
2) End Date & Time = 7/6/2015 9:00Once I removed the data from all three fields, my form reappeared.
Then as a little test, I created another problem for myself. I attempted to enter info in only Submission Limits & Start Date, and now I can’t delete the form. Nothing happens when I try to click on the Save & Update form settings link at the top of the admin panel.

1) Begin & End Fieldset
2) Text only (no input)
3) Single line of text
4) Multiple lines of text
5) Radio ButtonsI have enabled WordPress debugging. I will keep you posted on error messages.

In reply to: [cformsII] Forms Don't Appear in PagesI wish I could offer more information than this but all I can say that one day last week I created the form and it was showing on the front end perfectly fine. The next day I went to the website to view the form — it was simply gone.
It is a single page form with 51 fields in the saved form. Here is the page link:

[cforms name=”Summer Camp Registration”]I had cforms2 v14.9.2 at the time the form was created. Once it disappeared, I tried upgrading to v14.9.3 hoping the error might correct itself but no luck. I just upgraded to v14.9.4 this morning. WordPress v4.2.2.
