I have the same issue. I duplicated on image and then replaced but only the original comes up twice as well as other images I replaced but the newer ones don’t show. Do I need to totally recreate the whole gallery to get this fixed?
I can’t because of the client doesn’t want it noted publicly. I’m pretty sure it’s an issue with one of the plugins. Thank you.

The demo doesn’t have child page. For mine if I click on the main heading it shows me the drop down but doesn’t let me go to the top level page.
