In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] BUG 8.1.1@jeherve: I’m affected by the same problem as @danyanjp describes. When I enter and submit my login credentials on the wp-admin login page, the page redirects to itself instead of going to the site’s dashboard. If I enter the login information incorrectly, the form shakes as it normally does.
- Using either Chrome or Firefox produced the same problem
- Both browsers are up to date
- Using an incognito window changed nothing
- The error occurs regardless of which browser I’m using
- The site is running WordPress 5.3.2
- The site is set up for HTTPS
- Clearing the site cookies changes nothing
I was able to login with no problems after renaming the jetpack plugin directory using the Cpanel File Manager. I tested on multiple sites, with no change between the different sites. This is clearly a bug in the Jetpack 8.1.1 plugin, when will a fix be released?

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Don't update to 2.3.5… at least not yet!The 2.3.5 release crashed my website also. I had to go into cPanel, delete the ai1ec plugin files, and then when the site came back I uploaded and installed version 2.3.4. Everything seems to be working fine at this point, but I will not be updating the plugin until a new version is released.
