Thanks for confirming this! I’m actually still using version 2.8.15 on my site right now. I haven’t upgraded yet because I’m afraid the scheduling will fail if I do. Good to know I’m not the only one facing this, and I’ll definitely hold off on updating until a fix is released.

I’d like to report a serious issue we observed:
Even after updating to version 9.5.0.1, many websites are still experiencing a situation where all posts and pages return 404 errors.
What’s more concerning is that sites which scanned as normal last night suddenly broke this morning, so this doesn’t seem to be an isolated case — it’s affecting multiple sites at once.
From our investigation, the plugin appears to overwrite or remove the WordPress rewrite rules in
.htaccess, which completely breaks permalinks. This has a severe impact on both SEO and user experience.In our case, we manage over a hundred websites, and quite a number of them have been affected. Each site requires manual inspection and repair. While we do have batch processes to assist, the checks are still very time-consuming, and the most worrying part is that we cannot be sure whether this issue will happen again.
We strongly recommend the development team double-check whether 9.5.0.1 fully resolves this problem, and urgently release a reliable fix.
Due to the new version of the plugin, the first line in
simple-tags/inc/related-posts.phpcontains an extra line, causing a “Cannot modify header information” issue. You can manually remove the empty line at the beginning of this file to resolve the issue and allow it to function properly.Looking forward to the author’s update 🙂

In these cases, the Google Analytics data appears to be normal, but there is a significant decrease in the data recorded by Jetpack, approximately half of what was expected.
This issue seems to have started occurring after I updated Jetpack to version 12.
