nav_menu_item is in wp_posts.
I don’t think it’s anything to do with my theme (Continuum) as that just uses regular WP menu features.

OK, I found it: hidden under the ‘Website’ dialog.
I have exactly the same problem, but the solution doesn’t work for me because there is no ‘Site URL’ field on my Facebook apps page. I see ‘App Domain’ but entering my domain in there gives me an error of “not a valid domain”.
Yes it seems to work, although I still want to get rid of the ‘Playlist (8 videos)’ text which I’m sure wasn’t there until very recently.
I’ve tried that but it made no difference
OK thanks, but where do I type ssl=yes when using your plugin ? I know it’s not your fault, but presumably I can use ssl=yes somewhere in the settings of your plugin ?
