In reply to: [Secure Passkeys] Cannot find or create passkeyI discovered the passkey install is configured via user profile. I’ve activated it via Windows Hello. But I noticed that the login page is wordpress.com. You have to click on “login with usename/password” in order to switch to the wordpress.org login page. Is there any way to reconfigure this so it opens the ww.wp.xz.cn login?

On another issue: The image optimization function fails because it says there are too many images to process. Is there any way to optimize give this issue?

In the plugin settings, I see a possibl;y related error:

How should I deal with this? Can you tell me which security settings/plugins may be interfering with Litespeed?

The captcha option I chose caused a 2nd captcha page to open once the subscriber added their name in the Newletter signup pop up. THere is no reason to ask a subscriber to enter their e mail address in one page & then have to complete a captcha on a 2nd page. The captcha should be in the Newsletter signup form itself.
There was one post in the queue unsent. I assume that clicking “resume” wouldn’t restart the sending process. So I deleted them as you suggested.
I urge you to add a feature to the plugin which would enable plugin users to manually send notifications for posts which have not been sent. This would make the entire process of deleting posts, republishing, or sending out a separate newsletter with links to all the posts which were not sent–unnecessary.

But there are no stats for the period when I had the plugin deactivated due to the bug (Dec 12-31). You indicated that these stats are maintained on your server. Is there any way to retrieve/restore them?

but all jet pack stats are empty.
@arnaud: I’m really disappointed that it took me hrs to figure out your plugin caused this display error. I only was able to trace the problem thanks to my web host. I think it’s irresponsible not to notify users that this error could occur.
Further, why should I have to disable columns in my display in order for the plugin to work properly?

In reply to: Session timeout erases textI was looking at autosave plugins and is it possible that the Classic Editor (which I use) no longer has an autosave feature? I know it used to. Was it discontinued? Gutenberg apparently does. But I don’t use it.

What makes no sense to me is that it only causes this problem (at least so far, since I’m new to Ezpoic) on searches. Pages seem to load fine.

Tell them you’re going to post about your experience on Twitter, Facebook, WP forum, Instagram, etc. It might loosen their purse strings a bit. You can also simply refuse to pay if you used a credit card. If you paid for a product they didn’t deliver, you can file a claim with your cc company.
Another MP update failure. I have not heard any response to my 2 previous posts here. Disappointed in the lack of response.
