Thank you for responding. For anyone reading this, if your site uses Cpanel, you can disable the plugin by going to the file manager in cpanel, finding The plug in folder finding the appropriate plug in, and deleting it or modifying the name.
That’s what I had to do in order to log in and then delete the plug in
