The last question is about fees: I have troubles saving a fee for my custom text of 1.80€. It’s asking to have non decimal values, but I exactly need a fee of 1.80€.
How can I override this?

I did a few edits.
Now the fee I add is saved by the plugin, but the problem is I can see it only in the cart, it doesn’t change the product price on the product page or product summary.

The web site is in maintenance mode. The problem is in the back end: when I set up the price rules and save, the plugin doesn’t keep the settings.
