Hello,
Indeed actually you have only the possibility to use the welcome workflow only for specific contact lists. These are as you have seen the WordPress User list, the WooCommerce customer list and only contact lists directly created in the Jackmail plugin. If you want to use it with other form plugins you would need to have the possibility to add these subscribers via our API in a Jackmail list (https://www.jackmail.com/docs/en/contact-list/connect-jackmail-with-the-api-http-request) – so some plugins offers for this a webhook feature…
But for automatic newsletter you have the possibility to use also other contact lists from connected form plugins (https://www.jackmail.com/connectors).Best regards,

In reply to: [Emails & Newsletters with Jackmail] Shorcode for subscriber formHi,
there is no setting to customize the success (or error message) in our plugin. But theoretical you will be able to modify the widget.php of our plugin to customize this I guess (besides if you plan to place the widget anywhere else as on the home page than there would also be possible to adapt the path for the double optin (actually line 266 in the widget.php) but in case of a new version of Jackmail this file would be overwritten again and you would have to add again your modifications…
Best regards,

In reply to: [Emails & Newsletters with Jackmail] Shorcode for subscriber formHello!
You will find the answer of your question in our Help Center on Jackmail.com:
https://www.jackmail.com/docs/en/contact-list/how-to-add-the-jackmail-form-widgetPlease note that our widget can normally only be added to a WordPress theme Sidebar (and the widget must be located on the homepage of your website in order to that the offered Double optin feature is working – otherwise it would only be possible to use a single optin).
If you want to place this signup form directly on your homepage, you need a shortcode, but Jackmail does not yet generate an own shortcode, but for example the plugin Widget Shortcode or Shortcoder works perfectly with Jackmail and allows you to display it wherever you want (but still the signup form has to be on the homepage if you want to use the double optin feature).
Best regards,
