Yes, my google sheet integration works fine on my other forms just not this one.
When I download the CSV, there is nothing in the Google Sheet info cell but in the ones previously it shows Successfully send data to Google Sheets.

The homepage is just using the default latest post homepage function in WordPress. Theme is from @thememattichowever I cannot get a response from them.
The pages are restricted using the members plugin.
