Upgraded to WordPress 4.2.1 yesterday, and now I’m getting the same error as the two users above. Any ideas?

Sorry for the delay — I’ve been on vacation.
I had trouble with uploading and downloading all file types except PDF. I am going to install the new version (thank you), and will let you know specific problems if there are any.
