Unfortunately, there is no set time in which Google will recognize the use of schema and begin showing it in the SERPs. In the meantime, you can log into Google Webmaster Tools and test the code to make certain that it’s working as designed. Within GMT look for “Other Resources” > Structured Data Testing Tool.

I wrote a quick tutorial on how to get your breadcrumb back while using Yoast and Genesis without having to perform any coding. Have a look here. Hopefully it will work in your implementation.

I see you included my small patch to line 88. I added that to fix a warning message I was getting when I had debug=true enabled on my site. Please confirm that my code is good. I don’t want to introduce any problems with your plugin.
