Thanks for the quick responsse. Here my response:

1. Does this affect all users, or only certain roles or sites in the network?
   Yes. All users.
2. Are users currently enforced to set up 2FA, or is it optional in your setup?
   Enforced to set up 2FA. Otherwise block login.
3. Which 2FA method is being used when the redirect issue occurs?
   One-time code via 2FA App (TOTP) Backup codes as Secondary 2FA.
4. Is each user only part of one site in the network, or do they belong to multiple subsites?
   It differs. But even if you are a user of only 1 site, you still get redirected to the main domain.
