Server requirements all green ticks.
I deactivated your plugin, waited a few minutes, then reactivated it. I then saw the sync button and was able to sync with the cloud successfully.
The access key error message has now disappeared and all seems to be working again, Eugene.
From staging, I have pinged about half the IP addresses on that page (a selection from antispam service, blacklist and remote) – all responded normally with no packet losses.
I’m still seeing this in the settings page:
Access key is not valid, update the plugin settings. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk.
Update from hosting co:
“Enabling allow_url_fopen is a major security risk (code injection) and is best left disabled.”
I’m not too happy about enabling it permanently.
Here is their response:
cURL is supported and compiled into PHP.
allow_url_fopenis disabled by default for security. It can be enabled if a plugin requires it.They’ve given me instructions on how to enable it, but I’m concerned about their security comment.
Also, I’m not getting the problem on the main live site. And the problem only started 2 days ago, and all I’ve been doing is updating pages on the staging site, which is predominantly a copy of the live site.

Ah, I can see Summary & Support tab in the LIVE site Settings, but those tabs are not in the staging site settings. Just the whirling disc etc.
Hello Eugene
I’m sorry, I cannot see a “Summary & Support” tab in Settings. In fact I see no tabs at all. There’s an Advanced Settings link at the bottom of the settings page but there’s no mention of “Summary and Support” there either.

Yes, for some reason Page Editor was converting certain characters to Unicode. I’ve re-created the page and all is well again.
Thanks for a great product and excellent service!
