Ur code works fine. 🙁 but made it made all the post “Last Updated” and even the new posts i posts becomes “Last Updated”

I wanted the ‘Last Updated’ with the update date..only on the posts which are updated after creating.

I want all the original posts (never edited again) to have the default posting feature like this: http://i.imgur.com/XgmGvXG.jpg

And is it possible to have the ‘Updated on’ directly in place of the post date like this? : http://i.imgur.com/k6NKKgd.jpg . Asking bcz the codes you gave shows the last updated just under the author name n post date..I want it in place of the post date..
