I have talked with our IT central team and they said the issue might be in server firewall blocking the url of google tag manager. Can you provide the url that google tag manager are using so our IT team can whitelist it?

Status for the Site Health is looking normal
and for the server, yes it was hosted by our IT Team in our own server. I can ask the IT team about the htdocs folders.
Is it possible if i backup the live website to the localhost and then connect them through that, later i restore the backup with GTM connected?Thank you.

Thank you for the detailed guides. I followed them in Incognito browsers and when I fetched, there was error message saying “Error: No route was found matching the URL and request emthod. Please try again”.
I’ve looked up the error in the internet, some says it’s because of the permalinks but i tried save the permalinks but still no avail.

Thank you for responding. I have submitted the form for the investigation of this issue and also I have tried the method of fully disconnected the tag manager module and using incognito window but it seems still no success.
