  • Can I still get help on this thread? I just learned that my wpDiscuz is not working as well – when readers go to submit a comment, nothing happens. When I go to do so (not logged in), it submits it but when I go to moderate it as an admin (logged in), I can’t see any text in the message and it says ‘Anonymous’ instead of the guest’s name and email address. I also left a comment when I was logged (as the admin / author) in and that one I could see the message content in moderation, but even then, only when I viewed it in the trash folder. I also have double checked my settings and have it allowing guests to submit comments. They don’t have to register or be logged in.

I’ve done what you said to do here, and that did nothing. Any help is really appreciated. Thank you! It’s at this site that this is happening: https://www.movetotraveling.com/valencias-historical-sites-less-frequented-ancient-monastery/

Another development – I am finding that when I do check mark the box for “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives” under “Add to Cart Behavior” under “products” and “Display” in the WooCommerce settings. – the “Add to Cart” button on the product preview does not work at all, for any of the preview placements (whether on the Shop page or a section of the home page further down).

So I have unchecked that now but still no success with the shopping cart icon opening. Thanks!

Mike, had my partner test it and he can add to cart from the product ‘preview’, but it is the round shopping cart icon in the upper right, next to Menu, that never works. It’s supposed to open with a preview of the cart, even if it is empty (which in that case should read “your cart is empty” or similar).

We can also add to cart from within the individual product details as well.

Hope that clarifies and we can get the shopping cart icon working. Thank you!

Oh and Mike, did you look at the correct site – the staging site for the Brazzle?
The Naked as a Jaybird site is one I built months back and not the one with the issue.

    Thanks again!

Hi Mike! Thanks for quick reply.

I’m not sure how to trigger the error because it’s always existed, since install of WooCommerce. The theme was installed first and once it’s settings were done per their documentation, I then installed and activated WooCommerce. Just like I have before.

    Any other ideas? Thank you!
