Thank very much – I hadn;t got the ‘signup’ box ticked so all good now and partipants are being prompted to enter the field.

I am still not seeing the new field (Eircode) when the database records are listed, though. I have the field selected in Manage List Columns. under Public List Column Setup and Admin List Column Setup. Does anything else need to be done to display the column back?
