Thanks for replying – I didn’t have any access – It was a manual transfer that I have done several times before. for some reason whenever I changed the permissions via FTP or cPanel they kept reverting, but doing it via CHMOD finally solved the problem!

Thanks Esmi, that is what I thought, as all the fixes I could think of I cannot access, but they won’t change their configuration and suggest an upgrade to a VPS or dedicated server!
