Hey @stephanieliy I’m checking to see if our donor can confirm they were charged through their payment method. However, when watching your screencast, I noticed it said “test” next to each donation you made through the Test Gateway. I don’t see that in my account when I view these donations. I double checked the gateway and the label has not been changed

Hi @stephanieliy, I will post my system info at the bottom of this message. This isn’t accurate to when the donations were placed, as we have since enabled Paypal Donations as our default gateway.

We already had Paypal Donations setup before, it just wasn’t the default gateway. They were having issues with their donations, so I found it wasn’t the default and switched it.

All three of the donations received list the gateway as “Test Gateway”, which is why this is so odd.
