Thanks for the response.
Settings were at 90% like you said.
Have deactivated all plugins and reactivated them 1 by 1. Turns out it was the slimbox plugin that was in use for other galleries conflicting with it.

The site isn’t live yet (in maintenance mode as client hasn’t signed off on it yet)
I can insert an image from the media library into a page in any size I want, i.e, thumbnail,medium, large, full-size. The image shows up fine.

The path was ‘wp-content/uploads’ so I removed this and left it blank. (wp-content/uploads by default)
Still have a broken link once I click edit.
