You mentioned this has been happening since a month give or take. Do you remember making any changes to your site around that time? Installing a new plugin, updating anything, changing your theme or any settings anywhere?
Many changes ofcourse. Product titles fixes, product images, new products, deleted duplicate products, installed some plugins (SEO, etc) and removed some unnecessary plugins. I don’t remember exactly what date this issue started and what changed on that exact date.
When you go to the product feed page and the syncing keeps loading, do you find any errors on your browser’s console?
None.
Have you checked your WooCommerce > Status > Logs for any fatal error logs or Google Listings & Ads logs? Please share them here.

Is it not possible to make a quick release with a fix and then continue on other features/updates? I’m sure many users are facing this while they are trying to figure out what’s causing the issue.
Also, I noticed my previous thread on this topic got locked with “Resolved” status which is incorrect as it is not resolved yet for us. The locking of the thread is preventing other users (including @anaclaragern) to reply to it. Would appreciate if you would unlock the thread and not mark it as resolved until it actually fixes our issues.
Lastly, can you provide an ETA regarding when the fix will be released? Thanks.
Hi, I’m the author of the old topic. We’re still facing this issue. Not sure why the threads are getting locked and marked as resolved when the developers have not released the fix. Hopefully this gets fixed and released asap. Until then, we need to temporarily deactivate Emailkit to “quick edit” unfortunately.

Meanwhile can you elaborate a bit on the following:
“Automatically via Webhook: When shipment is picked up by courier, shipment data is automatically updated in woocommerce via webhook call.”
How would this work automatically? I need to create a shipping request on NimbusPost website manually first and add it’s AWB on the woocommerce order details right? Because right now, when placing the orders on my site, Nimbuspost does not know there’s an order placed as I can’t see it on the dashboard.
Is it possible to create Nimbuspost shipment automatically and assign it’s AWB until the new API integration is ready in your plugin?
