I tried to go in the way you said to http://174.120.233.125/~smilesph/wp-admin but it takes me no where. They have my web site under this temp url they do not have my domain working yet smilesphilippinescharity.com. what more can I do?
Doing the install on my computer sounds hard for a newbe, may do the way you said. If I just started a free blog with wordpress, do I get the same program to work on? if so that will give me the try I want maybe.
