In reply to: [Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce] SFTP IssueFor the 3rd time I have logged a ticket via woocommerce. Please confirm you have received this ticket and when I can expect a response?

In reply to: [Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce] SFTP IssueI already logged 2 support requests via woo commerce and they said you would respond but I heard nothing back and logged the tickets several days ago. Which was the same for the previous ticket I logged as well. Then you released a plugin update which fixed the fatal error. This time it just won’t work for some reason.

In reply to: [Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce] SFTP Issue
SFTP exec failed: Unable to list files in /live/export/asn
Failed to open the file – /home/characterp/public_html/wp-content/uploads/ast-csv-file/tracking-2025-10-21.csvi cannot log in using the ubiport link as it wont recognise my password and if I try and reset it it says that i dont have admin access to reset the password. pretty daft! you deleted my last ticket and the new ticket number I lodged is 1223 if you cannot resolve this issue promptly as it has been going on for weeks I will move to different software.

I logged a support ticket number 1020 it then redirects me to sign into a different portal to read the response at ubiport tells me to register then tells me that my user name and password are already taken ( only I have access) and go round in a big loop getting nowhere with no access to the ticket response. Please tell me what to do.

In reply to: [Eway Payment Gateway] PHP 8.1Hi again. Ok we ran on staging and changed the theme from flatsome plus a child theme to 2023 and the issue went away. So it appears that your plugin has a conflict with the theme / child theme we are using. Good to work that out. How do we proceed from here?
I cannot do it on my site as it runs a lot of plugins and is a very busy ecommerce store so simply deactivating everything and changing the theme is simply not practical. I will see if I can do it on a staging and let you know.
resolved
You can ignore this I have resolved the issue myself.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] “priceSpecification” ErrorFor feedback I would say this is a very significant issue affecting pretty much every woocommerce store and has significant potential to tank SEO for wordpress stores 🙂 I hope that assists with the priortisation!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] “priceSpecification” ErrorHello
Wondering if there is an ETA on this as it is now hitting nearly 1000 of my 4000 products and seems to be unresolvable.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Passing of DataI suggest that you look how the webtoffee version works. We are now using that as your plugin simply does not function correctly on many many levels. That version delivers like all other payment gateways we offer informed responses to customers. Websites do not want to messing around changing code you need to supply out of the box solutions that work and are intuitive to customer needs. Since we moved to webtoffee we have seen over 100% increase in paypal payments which is over $1000 a day. Your solution is not intuitive to customers needs is constantly buggy 9 months down the line and reduces sales. That’s our experience with it as a high volume ecommerce store.
