The forms that I’ve created for my site tires.tiresoverstock.com are no longer visible.
It works in Safari for ipad, but not in Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
Can someone please help.

I can’t turn off the theme because I can’t get into the admin dashboard as one person suggested.
