I didn’t make the site myself, so I’m not sure how this search is done, but among the plugins I see “Be rocket – Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce” perhaps this could be what’s generating the search… The theme on the other hand, is a custom theme, made by a developer.

it’s not actually a search box on the home page, it’s a separate page: from the home page you have to click on the red ‘advanced search’ button on the top right,thanks!

I have activated the Storefront theme, but the filter still does not work. You can check it here: https://staging2.packorama.it/categoria-prodotto/flaconi/.
The filters I am using are the ones I mentioned in my previous ticket. They are called “Filter by Price” and “Filter Product by Price.” I’m not sure what other details to provide, as there are no specific settings for them.

- You know there are 3 types of price filters, and I think the one you tried, is not the one I use, that’s why it’s different. I’ll put you a screenshot ( https://snipboard.io/bfCsr8.jpg) to make you understand better, I have put all 3 filters now, and as you see there is a filter that looks the same as yours. Unfortunately I have already tried all 3 and none of them work.
- I’ve already tried to change theme and see if the filters go like this, but unfortunately when I change theme, I don’t find the filters anymore ( Appearance > Widget) I don’t know where to find them…
