Even when I disable there are no address fields
All fields are gone from check out. This plugin has ruined my shop!
It simply does not allow me to save any settings for the popup!
It must be the theme as I have deactivated every plugin except popup maker. I am using themefuse Evangelist theme
I do not have Clef plugin.
