Mrussell1984 is correct, the only required element is making sure that your Privacy page has been selected. As long as this is done and the testing mode is switched off, the banner should only appear the once on whichever page you land on first (normally the homepage).
If this is not the case though please contact us again and we can look at it a bit closer.

Thanks for your feedback – so the 0.2 update has caused an issue with accents over characters? Do you have an example of this? It’s not one we’ve seen before to be honest.
If you can send us a screenshot of the problem – I’ll perform a few tests and see if we can get this fixed in the next release for you
