Negative, still having same issue.
Confirmed WP version 4.8.2 and Yoast v-5.4.2 installed but cannot activate.

Nevermind!
After several tries, it activated.
Must have been an issue with the server or something.
Does WordPress MultiSite allow a BuddyPress member to just fill out a quick form and create a blog to their membership?
I know the Multisite feature allows multiple sites/blogs, but not sure how a social network member to the site can add a blog to their membership.
