It seems like it is the combination of WordPress 3.5, Post Tiles 1.3.3 and Jetpack 2.0.4 that causes the problem. When I re-enable Jetpack the problem comes back.

Hello again! Uninstall Post Tiles, disable all other plugins, reinstall Post Tiles and then enable the other plugins solved my problem.
