Hi,
I have enabled the WP_DEBUG, in log file I found this string:
[28-Apr-2018 18:02:27 UTC] The WC_Cart::ship_to_billing_address_only function is deprecated since version 2.5. Replace with wc_ship_to_billing_address_only.Could be it the bug?
