Hello!
I have deactivated all the plugins and have activated them one by one and now Everest Forms is showing the success message when submitting a form.
The strange thing is that the same plugins that were at the beginning are still active, none of them have been deactivated (beyond the tests), removed or changed.
Anyway, the important thing is that it is fixed.
