I am having a similar problem. I’ve had to deactive WPOptimize

It appends the Disallow with no whitespace as shown below. This is not readable.

Sitemap: https://www.mysite.com/sitemap_index.xmlDisallow: /uploads/wpo-plugins-tables-list.json

If I deactivate the plugin RankMath takes over and it reverts to this
