    Ok we now have some log errors, what is the best way to send them to you?

    Hi,

    Since 3rd june we have had 75% successful and 25% failed.

    We think the customer is not seeing the 3D secure pop up to enable them to verify the payment.  They tell us it doesn’t appear on screen and that there are no pending notification in their banking apps to authorise such a payment yet stripe says they failed 3D authentication.

    The 3DS only seems to kick in on high value orders which is making it difficult for us to test it on a minimum price product.

    Maybe we need to wait for log error messages on future orders to find the issue?

    Thanks for the quick reply. Here are my current settings:

    The price changed for the customer when checking out and ended up being charged the woo commerce product prices which are hidden in the backend and not the price by formula prices although the delivery costs were correct.

    Ok i think it will have to be a manual upload else i will have to build out hundreds of variations. Any idea how to remove 16148 from the feed?

    Do you think the products arn’t uploading because the default values don’t match a variation as the RAL colour option is set to any on all the products?

    Hi thanks for the quick reply.

    1. I have just checked and that setting is not enabled at my end.
    2. 16147 and 16148 are two variations from the same product that are showing
    3. Yes it was disapproved now just a warning so should be ok.
