I’m having a similar issue with Jetpack 6.2. My site is not accessible by either Safari or Firefox, possibly other browsers. I deactivated and reactivated plugins. It’s definitely Jetpack. Safari message says “Safari can’t open the page because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection.” It’s not the server. I checked. Jetpack is the culprit and is now deactivated. My site http://www.RobinFrederick.com is accessible. Sheesh!
Same problem here. “Your database needs to be upgraded following the latest Popup Maker or Popup Maker extension update.” Endlessly spinning ball and no popups appearing on either of my websites. I have version 1.7.8.
