I just called Payment Express to see if they could see any requests to there server and they said it was a key error.
Oddly the key they had stored was different to the one they emailed out.They changed their key to the one they sent out and it’s working fine now.
Thank you for all your help, I’ll make a donation shortly.

there are two forms, the first one is the one I exported to you the second it a simple test form that doesn’t use ajax or redirect.
neither work.
I added the userid and key again but no luck.
