Spoke to the author of the plugin and he said that he had another customer with the same problem.

Woocommerce does the saving of the settings for the plugin. So he found out that this problem was caused by either the template or another plugin.

The solution is to create a miniplugin that saves the settings.

I found out that the problem was with the payment module again.

Everything seems to be working as expected now.

Thank you for your help Danny. 🙂

    Hi Danny,

Thank you again for your answer.

I have the latest version of all plugins. I have also checked the endpoints and they are correct.

I asked the seller of the payment module and he said that this problem was nothing to worry about.

But still I have one more challenge.
After sucessful payment orders are stuck in pending and since I have the Hold function enabled the orders will get canceled when the time limit is reached. Sucessful paid orders should change status to processing, correct?

This problem is giving me a headache.

    Best regards

Okey, I was able to figure out the problem.
The payment module was not working correctly. Updated to the latest version (did not get any automatic update) and it is now working.

However after payment i get the following error:

Notice: WC_Shortcode_Checkout->output was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.1! “order” is no longer used to pass an order ID. Use the order-pay or order-received endpoint instead. in /hsphere/local/home/qnstner1/basisgym.binaryfreak.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3193

But it seems like the payment is done.
    Any ideas?

    Best regards

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer.

Looking at the system status report the only Red is the wp memory limit. It is set to 40MB.
I tried to switch back to the Twenty Twelve theme version 1.4 without any luck.
I tried to deactivate all other plugins except woocommerce and netaxept payment module but still the same problem.

I believe this is a server issue but I can’t figure out what setting that needs to be changed.

    Best regards

    Hi,
