In reply to: [Hueman] How to add print css?Hi Andrew,
I’m trying to do this on my own site, and notice that if you use:
* {
width: 100% !important;
}Your images are resized to 100% width as well.
Removing this line results in no content.
Any thoughts on that?
FYI I have started a new thread on this so feel free to answer over there if you have any thoughts: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/image-size-when-printing?replies=2#post-7134840

In reply to: [Hueman] Image size when printingRight, I’ve had another look at this.
This line in the CSS is resizing everything to 100% width:
* {width: 100% !important;}
So that includes the images, which explains why they are all 100% width.
Fair enough, but if I remove that line, the printed page is blank. It has nothing on it at all . . .
Which must be why someone else (from this post: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/how-to-add-print-css/page/2?replies=49) suggested that CSS line.
So my NEW question is, how can I see some text from my posts without having to rezize everything to 100% ???

In reply to: [Image Refresh] Thank You!One idea for a possible update in the future would be to have an option to overlay the caption text on the images themselves.
At the moment if caption=true then the caption text is positioned under the image.
It would be really cute if you could have small white text on the image itself. An example would be when you want display copyright of the photo – you don’t want it too big, or to take room on the post.
The BBC website does something similar – have a look at these: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32909542
Just a thought . . .

In reply to: [Hueman] Divider on mobile view of search resultsTHat’s working brilliantly – thanks so much for that!
My only tiny little issue is that the mobile view has uneven gaps – see pic 3
Probably nothing we can do, but if there is .. . .
NB I’ve changed colour to dark blue to match my theme 😀

In reply to: [Hueman] Divider on mobile view of search resultsYes – that’s sort of it, but it’s the posts to the right of where you have indicated that I’d like to change the bottom borders on.
I’ve uploaded my own screenshots here
Pic 1 shows desktop view with line (emphasized in MS Paint!) under 2 posts.
Pic 2 shows simulated mobile view with line every other post. Dotted line shows where I’d like the extra bottom border.
And while we’re at it, I’d love to make them more obvious as you have – where’s the code to change that??
Thanks for your time on this. R

In reply to: [Hueman] Divider on mobile view of search resultsHi bdbrown,
My site is internal I’m afraid, but you can see what I’m on about on the test site here:
http://demo.alxmedia.se/hueman/category/lifestyle/
With a wide desktop page you’ll see a little line under the pairs of posts. When you narrow your window (to simulate a phone) you will see the line still appears underneath each pair of posts. I’d like it to appear under each single post.
As it happens I’ve now tweaked my site to remove images and categories so I’ve just got text in these views – which is making the search results a lot clearer on phones, which is what I was trying to do!
