Hello,

First, thank you for this plugin. Second, this same issue is happening to us (we are using The Salient theme). City is not updating after the State is chosen. As you mentioned, this is JavaScript related, so update will be appreciated.

We used All in one WP migration plugin.

And we used Search & Replace plugin after migration to fix some links in db.

Yes, I am also interested in this issue. Whatever I try to add in Default profile form it doesn’t reflect on Account Page.
