I did a quick disable of CF7 and a form submission retry mate but sadly it hasn’t helped.
Also may be of use – the landing pages currently use this plug-in to generate:

Hi Nick,
We do have Contact Form 7 installed but these landing pages do not use that – they use the ones generated by your plug-in.
With CF7 integration, do you mean Use WPCF7 CSS integration?
If so, this is currently disabled.
