Just I delete your plugin and installed 1.2.3 over again. For now it’s works again.

That’s correct, this was the first time that I try to login after the update.
The plugin had turned itself on again, and I do’nt get a code field 😉

The plugin was already disabled for weeks before I installed 1.2.2
