When you make a product and expect people to rely on it . . you can’t just make changes and expect everyone to scramble to fix the many issues created by your lack of forethought and or planning . . use your f***ing head. I have many customers upset because we can’t reply to their requests. I have opened a ticket and will have to wait for a half ass answer (as usual) then they will do an update 3 -4 days later after they figure out they screwed up again.
When I select please click here to complete update, wordpress dashboard will just hang and become in-usable. HOw do we fix?

This plugin has caused me a few headaches. I wish they could get it to be 100% reliable but it is just not developed very well. Plus if they know there is an issue they should email paid customers. I mean they can remind me to pay for my subscription but can’t let me know there is a potential issue . . so we have to spend hours figuring out why our cart is not working??? Frustrating at best. . .WE did the staging site, waited for months. We are done trying to make this work. We have spent hundreds of dollars making YOUR plugin work. Why should I waste more time when you guys never even followed up after months of our time trying to help get this working? The test site was up for so long that google crawled it and then it crated issues for our SEO. This plugin has created way to many headaches and cost to much money. It would really be great if you guys can fix. WE could really use the plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Lost all variation data on updateThis happened to our site as well. Cost us over $4K in lost revenue by the time we found the fix. About to the end of my rope with woocommerce. This is the third time we have been shutdown by their lack of testing. It would be cheaper for us to pay $1,000 a month to some big online cart company .. with the number of outages that woocommerce has caused our site. These guys want you to use their software, but they donβt even take the time to test it.
We installed, checked it. Then boom, all the variations start to disappear.

Insert the shortcode and it inserts the shortcode. I to go view and the data is there. I go to snippets and update the information there but my page is not autoupdated.
