In reply to: [BackWPup – WordPress Backup & Restore Plugin] Problem running backupHi,
Are you replying to me? duongcuong96?
If I try the alternate cron method, then the run now doesn’t work … but are you saying that the scheduled backup WILL work?

In reply to: [AMP] Error when AMP is activeI am not using premium features of Jetpack.
I think I have:
– anti-spam
– brute force protection
– sharing (auto share to social media)

In reply to: [AMP] Error when AMP is activeThanks for the extra assistance.
I’ve narrowed it down to the issue appears (and disappears) when AMP and Jetpack are enabled.
With just AMP => everything is fine.
With just Jetpack => everything is fine
With both => I see the errors I mentioned. What’s the best course of action?

In reply to: [AMP] Error when AMP is activeThanks for the reply …
I’m not using the ToC plugin.
I’ve installed the Health Check plugin, but when I do this on a mobile device the troubleshooting menu is not visible. It’s visible on a desktop version.
I can’t ‘immediately’ switch to SSL, unfortunately.
So I’m stuck and can’t move forward?
Thanks

In reply to: [AMP] Error when AMP is activeOh, and the support id -> ampwp-a98816d7-a052-5a4f-afb1-4c93bc699add
Hi
Please explain how.
I can’t create a support ticket without being a customer.
Or do I use the contact sales link? (Which then has an email address for support).
Thanks
RobI’d like the beta version. Where do I need to send an email to in order to get access?
Okay, I see the following
40 events with event_status = 1.. That corresponds with the number that Events Manager says is published. (select count(*) from wp_em_events where event_status = 1)
Total 40 records. (select count(*) from wp_em_events)
The UI though says:
All (48) Published (40) Pending (8)
And viewing the ‘Pending’ events shows an empty list.
Sure I can take a look – do you know what the tables involved are called?
I’m not sure. I know that *new* events are handled correctly, that’s what the three test ones are in the screenshot.
I use the anonymous submission method for website readers to post events.I would like to get to the bottom of those 8 though that don’t show.
